2. TRAINING SESSIONS- Are you working at a high intensity? Are you giving it your all? Are you weight training 2-3 times a week? (Training Sessions vary depending on individual goals)
3. CARDIO- Are you doing cardio on your active rest days?

JFITNESS is designed to make your transformation successful. You will be given all the tools you need to make this a sustainable lifestyle. Depending on your goal, your results will be determined by your nutrition, accountability and movement sessions. As your coach I will hold myself accountable to make sure that each day I do a check in to make sure we are on track with YOUR goals.
