1.Two live training sessions a week. One session will be a full body and the other will focus a muscle group.
2.The goal of these sessions is to increase muscle while burning calories. The more muscle you have the more calories you will lose.
3.The more muscle you build, the more calories your body will naturally burn each day at rest (BMR)
Building muscle will significantly increase your metabolism because muscle requires energy to contract and relax while you are at rest.
Ex. One pound of muscle burns approximately 5-6 calories per day at rest.
Ex. One pound of fat burns approximately 2 calories per day at rest.
